Ron Snashall is the Principal of ERS Consultancies; a Hobart based social research company established in 1990 that operates in evaluation, research, training, management change and conflict resolution.
Prior to 1990 his experience included:

Assistant director (Evaluation) Drugs of Dependence Branch, Commonwealth Health Executive Officer of the first national evaluation of the National Campaign Against Drug Abuse and researcher and co author of Commonwealth HIV-AIDS White Paper.

Since 1995 ERS Consultancies has had major involvement in managing change and conflict resolution for Clarence City Council, Royal Hobart Hospital, Tasmanian Alkaloids, PRD Real Estate and a variety of other companies and with all three levels of Australian Government.
Ron’s outside work interests include long bush walks in the Tasmanian wilderness, reading widely in history, politics and social issues, drinking good quality wine and spending as much time as possible with his lovely wife, Jan, their two children and three grandchildren.
